Delivery time
Which countries do you ship to? And what is the time frame and shipping method?

We ship worldwide to most countries. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within the US and 7-14 business days internationally. We use reliable shipping partners including DHL, FedEx, and local postal services depending on your location.

How much is delivery?

Standard shipping is free on orders over 400€ in EU, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Mexico and UK. For orders under 400€, shipping costs are 10€ in Spain, and 15-20€ internationally depending on a country. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. The tracking information is updated in real-time.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing your order, before it enters fulfillment. Contact our customer service team immediately at customer@mesdyven.com or call us during business hours to request a change.

Delivery incident
What should I do if my parcel is damaged or missing?

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and provide a replacement or full refund. Take photos of any damage for faster processing.

Return Policy
What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned. For more information, please go to Return and refund policy section.
