We ship worldwide, except to certain countries.
Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days*, which may be extended during periods of high demand. The shipping transit time indicated below will be added to this processing period.
Shipping Methods
Shipments are made by Express or Standard service, depending on the destination. Deliveries are made on business days only. The estimated delivery times, provided for reference, are as follows:
Express
- Europe UE: 1–2 business days
- United States: 1–3 business days
- Rest of the world: 2–7 business days (except in specific cases)
Standard
- Available only in Europe: 2–5 business days
- Available worldwide - delivery time 2-10 business days depending on destination
These timeframes may be extended during periods of high demand or in the event of stock shortages.
Additionally, circumstances beyond our control—such as adverse weather conditions or customs inspections—may cause delivery delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and depend on the following factors:
- Destination country or geographical area
- Selected shipping method (Express or Standard)
The corresponding shipping cost for each option will be displayed before confirming your purchase.
- European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland: Free standard delivery for orders over 400€.
- United States: Free standard delivery for orders over 400$.

Please ensure that all information provided when placing an order is accurate. We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect details, including name, shipping or billing addresses, postal codes, phone numbers, or any other information required to successfully deliver your order.
The estimated total includes all applicable taxes and customs duties for orders shipped to the United States and the European Union.
For orders shipped outside these regions, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Your local customs office may request additional documentation and extra time to process your package, which may delay the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla require a DNI/NIE number for customs clearance and tax processing.
