Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a free return. To do so, please follow the steps outlined below:

Requesting a Return

You can start the process by filling out the form in the Exchanges & Returns section on our website:

Follow the instructions by entering your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email in the format #00000) and the email address used to place the order.

Preparing the Items

Before returning any products, please ensure that:

• They are in their original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).
• All original tags are attached.
• They are placed inside their original packaging.

There is no need to include any return form inside the package.

Sending the Package

• Seal the package securely and attach the prepaid return label.
• Drop it off at one of the authorized collection points indicated in your confirmation email.
• If you prefer, you can request a home pickup by providing the address and time slot that suits you best.

We recommend ensuring that the courier scans the package upon collection to guarantee proper tracking. Always keep the shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

The package must arrive with all customs duties paid. Any additional customs charges applied upon arrival will be deducted from your refund.

Confirmation and Refund

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, our team will carry out a quality inspection.

• If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation email.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your order, within a maximum of 14 days.

Important Conditions

• Only items in perfect condition—unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags—will be accepted.
• Personalized products cannot be returned.
• MESDYVEN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
